Great location in the heart of the Gothic quarter of Barcelona and close to the hub of Plaza Catalunya. Nice modern kitchen.
It was almost impossible to sleep as the apartment was extremely noisy. The apartment was advertised for 4 people, but there were only 2 beds, the second of which was a fold-out in the kitchen/livig room. This made it very cramped and meant that the kids had to share a bed.

The location was excellent
1- There is no elevator and you should pass a narrow staircase 2-The hot water gone for a night and there was nobody to rpair it so we tolerate the cold during a night

Very well located in the historical center. The flat is roomy for 2 persons but would be managable for 4. The kitchen is well furnished but few cooking instrument, dishes and crockery. The room was clean with all the announced equipment.
As uselly in Spain the main issue is the noise from the street. I choose purposely this hotel for its rooms at the back to have quieter nights. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and don't go up to the ceiling so the room was noisy as usual. The interior is nice but much less elaborated that the photos suggest.

the location was fantastic
11 o'clock was a little to early to have to vacate the appartment on your last day

Excellent location in the middle of the old centre of Barcelona. Good value for money, specially if you want to do a city trip. Suitable for family with kids.
Beds could be better. Your rolling to the midlle. Also the kitchen equipment was a little poor.

The location was excellent to the Gothic Quarter and many stores and restaurants.
The bed linens and blankets were awful and had hair stuck on them. I would recommend mentioning this to the hotel when booking to make sure you get clean linens.

Location was very good, apartment was spacious, and pleasantly decorated.
The check in procedure was a little bit ambiguous: had to call google the apartment and get the number to call and figure out what was going on, after no one answered the door bell. Also, the television only had Spanish channels. I know we aren't there to watch tv, but to have some international channels would make it a first class place to fill in moments of rest in the apartment.

The location was really excellent, just of La Rumbal in the Gothic area. Great kitchen area and good sized living space.
While accomodating up to four people it should be noted that there was very little privacy eg the shared bathroom was off the "main" bedroom, the "second" bedroom was off the living area without any separation and you needed to walk through this area to get to the main bedroom and shared bathroom. Also the three flights of steep stairs were a bit challenging. Beds were not very comfortable either. If privacy isn't an issue and you can handle the stairs the location and the fact you can self cater will make up for it.

We were very pleased with the quality of the room and loved the contrast between modern and ancient.

Location, in the middle of Gothic part of town. The flat was pretty well equipped and mainly well designed (if you like to 'control' your sweetheart in the bathroom through a glass sliding door).
ZERO quality of service! 1.After arrival we opened the sofa bed and saw the foot end was falling down. It took them 2,5 hours of our precious Barcelona time to give up and jack it up with paperboard boxes! 2. The next morning we found there was only one coffee cup in the flat. After two visits in the main office we left the apartment four days later with still only one coffee cup there. Most probably they had more importants things to do with all their other apartments. Feel Good Apartments in Barcelona? - never again!

The only benefit of staying at the Gothic appt is the location....
The staff service was very poor, they don<t care about your problems. The noise is terrible, street noise and air conditioning not working really well...

Clean, modern and fashionable facility.
Difficult to find when check-in (No sign at all outside). No hair dryer.

Great location. Right next to Barcelona cathedral. 2 min walk from las ramblas. H&m, Zara, foot locker, and hundreds of other little shops right downstairs. Room has free wifi that works well. Free espresso machine also.
The only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, and the other bedroom has no door for privacy, so plan accordingly. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. The apartment is a little hard to find. It's right across the street from a tea shop.
